There are several ways of sourcing client questions of course, from the informal “making a note of the question during an appointment”, to inviting readers questions in the newsletter itself, or surveying clients, and so on. However you choose to go about collecting those frequently asked questions though, make a point of using them in your client communications. After all, this is the stuff that the clients themselves are most interested in isn’t it?
