The case for using Case Studies

One of most powerful marketing tools appears to be one of the least used in professional services.

 

Case studies work so well in professional services because so much of what we can do for clients, or the outcomes they get from working with us, remain a mystery to the non-clients.  Great Case studies bring what we do to life. Real world examples of how the “what is is we do” changes an outcome for prospects and clients means that it resonates with them.

 

They get it.

 

There is no doubt that case studies are powerful and that they can help move ideal prospective clients towards taking action with your firm.  The firms that I do know who use case studies do fabulously well in terms of engaging with prospective clients and initiating meaningful conversations, which leads to a high proportion of new business enquiries.
