Giving is good for business, so why not do it all year?

One thing everyone loves about the Christmas season is it becomes noticeable that many folk relax just a little bit more….give others a bit more time and leeway…become just a little more charitable….and isn’t that one of the things that all of us love about this time of year?  People become nicer it seems.

It only seems that way of course; the people were nice to begin with.  What changes in December is that people begin overtly trying to do more for, or spend more time with, others – their friends, family, the important clients and business relationships…so people become more “giving”.  And the people around them like them all the more and everyone is uplifted.

Why does this have to just be a holiday season thing?

Giving is good for relationships.  Great relationships are good for business.  See where I’m going with this?
