There is a huge difference in how elite advisers use their work time, and how the average adviser does.

It is one of the biggest differentiators helping the best performers standout and excel.

However, it isn’t about micro-managing time, or about organisation or structure or having better systems.  It is simply about deciding how they will use their time.  They simply do not use it in the same way that average advisers do.

  • Here are 2 big things which I have consistently observed in working with some of the best advisers in the business:  They spend less time in front of clients than average advisers do.
  • They spend less time managing their business than average advisers do.

Yet somehow they produce more business than average, and generally build larger and more valuable practices than is typical.  What they spend their time on is one of the critical differences between being ordinary, or becoming exceptional and highly valued.
