Don’t be misled by the word “Banking” – I think this could apply right across the full financial services spectrum…consumers are expecting more than we are delivering when it comes to personalisation…
Recent surveys reveal the rapidly increasing concern of consumers about privacy and data protection here, and any thinking adviser will understand that where consumers expectations and concerns rise, so too does the regulators. Prepare to take this area a lot more seriously – and have to spend more money on it…
