For financial advisory firms the word “process” has become synonymous with “best practice advice”, but good process is so much more than just a compliant and well-documented series of advice documents. Process cures problems.

 

Process is what builds franchise businesses.  Process is what creates turnkey operations that are highly valued by prospective purchasers.  Process improves efficiency and reduces business risk as it minimises the possibility of human error.

Many advisers however struggle with creating processes that work.  Yet it is a very simple process to create a great process!  You got it…there is a process for that….
