Time management is where there is a huge difference between elite advisers and the average advisers.

in fact, it is one of the biggest differentiators that help the best performers stand out and excel.

However, the difference isn’t about micro-managing time slots, or about having better time management systems.  It is simply about deciding how they will use their time – what they spend their time upon.  The exceptional performers simply do not use time on the same things that average advisers do.

Here are 2 big things which I have consistently observed in working with some of the best advisers in the business:

1. They actually spend less time in front of clients than average advisers do.
2. They spend less time managing their business than average advisers do.

Yet somehow they produce more business than average, and generally build larger and more valuable practices than is typical.  What they spend their time on is one of the critical differences between being ordinary, or becoming exceptional and highly valued.
