To make the transition from being a great adviser with a good job to a great adviser with a great practice there are a number of key decision points and areas which have to be done well. Get them right, and in the right order, and a great professional practice is built.
Not everyone wants a practice of their own of course, and many professionals are happy being on someone else’s payroll or under another entity’s control. If that is you, then enjoy the rest of your day.
Many more professionals however aspire to be in control of their own reputation and carer, and to be able to leverage their knowledge and systems into a business which can continue to function well and profitably without them have to do everything that needs to be done.
