It is amazing how many people forget, or ignore, basic social skills and common courtesies when trying to network – especially in online networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
Every day I ignore people trying to network with me…and it is usually about 15 or so that get ignored.
It might be that I am a very rude person of course, but I don’t think so. I think the problem is with them.
So how do you put the odds forever in your favour and give yourself the best chance of connecting and building a relationship with strangers who could be good prospects or influencers for your business in the future?
