Which is more important: “efficient or effective?”
A recent discussion highlighted that little thought often goes into this basic business question. In fact, too many people seem to think that it is a question of one or the other, when the real goal is to be both in your business.
Therefore the correct question is not that of which is more important, but “which comes first?”
